Linehan and McAdoo both interviewed for the Jaguars OC job as well.

Most coaches bring guys from staffs they have worked with before. This is not out of the ordinary. It seems to be a good mix of NFL guys and Baylor guys which is exactly what Rhule said he would do.

Rapoport makes it sound like McAdoo has a good shot at the Jaguars OC job. Said that McAdoo and Jaguars coach Doug Marrone have already had "a couple of conversations".

Trying to keep up here, if this Smoak guy is correct here’s what we’ve got so far.

HC: Rhule

OC: Brady

DC: Snow

D run game coordinator: Holcomb

WR’s: Frisman Jackson (Baylor)

CB’s: Evan Cooper

Then we’ve got potential QB coaches in one of these 3

Mcadoo, McCoy and Linehan. 

RB coach possibly Jake Peetz returning and ST’s coach could be Blackburn again.

Am I missing anyone?

Not as far as coaches. There are a couple of other guys coming in support roles.

I’ve been busy the past few days. Is Snow’s position confirmed to be DC?

Yea I feel like I forgot the names we’ve talked to for 0-line. Seen nothing for the d-line at all. Supposed we will have a traditional LB and secondary coach incoming as well. TE’s coach is another I don’t recall hearing anything about.

Everyone acknowledges it but it's not official.

Does anyone know when where the last few times NFL teams have hired coaches form either Temple or Baylor straight to NFL. Not talking about "Tex Bishop coached Temple in 1988 and in 2019 got Lions LB coach" The next year hires, anyone??

It's ok. We worked it out. Tons of Baylor fans vouched for Smoak as a careful reporter and generally reliable source for Baylor news.

Even better, tons of Baylor fans RAVED about what a great coach and man Matt Rhule is.

I'm following David Smoak now, but haven't noticed any new news related to Panthers.

There’s some talk on the Baylor message boards that Okam May be coming as well, along with their LB coach. I’m interested to see how the pieces fall into place. We should know by the Senior Bowl, no?
