So a guy from Snow's NFL years. Interesting 

Defensive line was one of the places where Baylor had the weakest options and the guy from Rhule's prior team already has a job. 

Edit: College years, but he's in the NFL now (read it wrong)

Snow as DC, well looks like someone was wrong saying we couldn't be as bad on defense as this past year.

This guy is very good. No names on their Line, yet they were much better than ours. Now just bring in Wade Phillips to call plays and bring Snow in as an assistant D Coordinator

I'm pretty sure Snow's got the DC job all on his own.

For the record, this is also a pretty good sign that Rhule has a loooot of trust in Snow. We'd heard that talked about, but this brings more evidence.

Whether it’s true or not, the guys from Baylor’s 247 site said there was still some discussion going on about whether a Snow comes to Carolina. If he did, they were also not sure if he would be DC. Again, this was a guy with connections to Baylor, so who knows how accurate it is.

Snow is Rhules right hand guy. Was no question that Snow was going to be DC imo. He'll also likely have huge say in who's going to be defensive assistants
