So lemme get this straight. You're predicting the Carolina Panthers go 1-15 and the Washington Redskins win the Super Bowl.

The former players on the set on ESPN are raving about Rhule. Dan Orlovsky said that free agents will be begging to play for the guy. He loved that Rhule specifically talked about holding staff accountable and that few things irritate players and make them tune out as much as when assistant coaches aren't held accountable for the things they're coaching the players to do. Based on the Huddle, I'd say that is true for fans as well. We've all lamented how certain guys on Ron's staff seemed infallible despite the fact that it certainly seemed that their efforts weren't translating to success on the field. Marcus Spears talked about the fact that Rhule came across as believable. He's not going to be wishy washy and that was another thing players hate. He's going to layout a plan and a path and he's going to stick to it. Players are going to know what to expect day in and day out. Spears also said that presser left absolutely no doubt that Rhule is the guy in charge of the football operations in the Panthers' organization. He's the man with the plan.
