I don't think it would be wise to make any commitments until he actually can examine the roster more fully.

Agreed.  I hope he keeps Cam, but I think it's smart to not speak prematurely.

It’s only fair. I’m not here to poo on this hire. I’m here because analytical trends say we are going to suck for a long fuging time.

How so? Are you measuring it broadly, as in college coaches that went pro? Or are you looking at college coaches that turned around bad franchises with very low recruiting budgets / almost no 4 or 5 star recruits? What elements are you looking into?

I'm genuinely curious about the analysis.

He admitted himself he went 2-10 and 1-11 his first season. That’s not how the NFL jives. Hurney and Tepper are running this organization straight into the ground

What does this even mean in relation to the Carolina Panthers.  Its like you are saying words just to say words, and hope no one asks for clarification.

The situation in Baylor and Temple are a ton different.

Everyone is getting so excited he's a good speaker and charismatic

You ever seen a Bill Belichick presser?  Andy Reid?  Sean Payton?

I see no correlation between 'charisma' and being a winning coach in the NFL.   This isn't college football anymore when you need to recruit guys with your pitch.

I don't think Harbinger understands the difference between college recruiting and NFL draft/free agency.
