So what did we learn tonight?

Somebody get this guy an edit button, stat.

What part of this would you edit?

Saints 7-0 - First place in NFC, up 3 games in the South.

Panthers 3-4 - Who cares. Saints will bury them with 5 losses by this time next week.

The Saints just beat (came from behind) a very good hard nosed Atlanta team who HAD to win this to close to 1 game or go down 3. Guess what? They went down 3. You guys beat a zombie Carolina club and think you are going to the Super Bowl. The Saints didn't even play well tonight and won the game. You are dreaming. DREAMING if you think Delhomme can hang.

Unless you count being down 7-0 and coming back a world beating accomplishment.

We played ourselves? Twilight zone, man.

And Delhomme will have very little to do with us upsetting you if that is the case. Nobody on this board, other than Saints fans, thinks their team is going all the way. All we're saying is that we have a chance to take you down. Good god, you finally get a defense and start the season off 7-0 and you think you're the best team in NFL history.

Just make sure you come here Sunday night if we win. We sure as hell well be here if we lose.

matt ryan is really pretty average. he doesn't move well in the pocket at all, can't handle pressure, and locks on to his favorite tight end all the time. his only TD pass came on a blimp that a better corner would have come down with. he's not very physically gifted, and plays in a system designed to hide his deficiencies. he also can't play unless there's the threat of a running game.

im trying to think where ryan ranks, and all these QBs are ahead of him

Brees

Manning

Donovan

Romo

Favre

Rodgers

Cutler

Warner

Brady

Roethlisberger

Palmer

Flacco

Manning

Schaub

Rivers

Orton

you could make an argument for Cassel or Warner.

the falcons are a very untalented team and their offensive scheme hides a lot of holes that were exposed tonight, namely that Ryan is pretty average.

Matty Ice played like shite. And the Aints didn't have a particularly inspired pass rush.

let's talk short memory, remember just one short week ago where the Bills win over the Panthers by double digits? WORLD BEATERS.

well i think any honest person would freely admit the score of that game didn't accurately reflect what happened

I don't need your concurrence to confirm the Saints just faced down a very good Atlanta team with a division rivalry. If you think Jake Delhomme and your OC with 4 plays can hang with one (I didn't say THE) of the best playing team in the league then go ahead and just dream on.

How many games are we up on you guys anyway. 4? Wow.
