Phil Snow is a pretty good DC

NFL network saying he's expected to be hired as DC. Here

Also this from joe person

In addition to Phil Snow as DC, I'm told Panthers coach Matt Rhule also wants to bring Baylor LBs coach Mike Siravo with him to CLT.
Siravo was on Boston College's defensive staff when Luke Kuechly was at BC.

Albert Breer

Phil Snow was going with Rhule wherever he went as defensive coordinator. His right-hand man.

id ask for tips on how to get that golden crisp on fried food

Grease/oil thermometer.

Get that poo up to the exact write temp and you can crisp up anything.  Too low = soggy and greasy.  Too high = either (1) burnt to a crisp or (2) crisp on the outside/raw on the inside.

I agree with you man, that resume is not good. He is 64 years old for christ sake. If he was ready to make the jump to be an NFL defensive coordinator, he would have already.
