I know some people were hoping we'd hire an a--hole. Some people were absolutely hoping we would not (hence, a lot of the opposition to McDaniels).

I went on record on wanting an A-hole, but I also said I wanted this guy. I got what I wanted and I'm willing to give this guy the time to make this team a contender for YEARS to come not just 3 out of 9 seasons.
