I don’t want this to be the case but Scot might have a point in his other thread. At both Temple and Baylor Rhule came in and had a terrible first season then built the team up from the ground. If Cam can’t prove to be healthy this year maybe we should tank for Trevor next year... Not a huge fan of QBs in this draft or FA as long term options. Cam being healthy would be our best bet to compete this year. Tua would be very intriguing but his own injury issues concern me quite a bit.

I don't know where the Huddlers are created, but I get the feeling that many of them originate from Gaston County (at least the ones who aren't Packers/Cowboys/Seahawks/Steelers fans).

Yeah we’re going total rebuild. You don’t give a guy like Rhule a 7 year deal to not do what he’s known for. 

I’ll be SHOCKED if Cam plays another snap in a Panthers uniform. 

As far as the draft and FA I’m with you on that one. Unless Ryan falls in love with someone during this draft process then I wouldn’t rule out a Lose 4 Lawrence scenario

I’m pretty familiar with Ryan. I think that’s a solid move. I mean, I know who Snow is. Respected coordinator in the college game. I wasn’t expecting Wade Phillips. Would be nice to see if Matt would be open to having an assistant head coach on the staff w/ HC experience. I’m just guessing here: sounds like these were all part of a package deal in advance before the contract was even signed. Maybe one of Matt’s preconditions: Bring his own guys in right away. Someone remind me what Marty  is doing?

That’s what usually happens, guys promising friends they’ll hire them if they get a job. Will probably see how they do year one and go from there.
