I mean this past year was a prime example of players not respecting/listening to coaches. It happens at any level. 
 

I am without a doubt hoping for the best. The dude knows football and has coached basically every position group on offense and defense and there is something to be said about taking those same players from 1-11 to a 10+ win season. I’m optimistic but definitely have reservations about him transferring that ability to the pro level.

Isnt that the one thing hes notoriously good at, relating to people?  Its at least the only consistent thing i've read in profiles ive read on him.

At least he has NFL experience and should .understand that difference...but this is a big reason why successful college coaches have a hard time in NFL
