Most of these guys only get get interviewed because of the Rooney rule prior to that they didnt even get interviews for jobs

Exactly. I am not a big fan of hiring college guys with no NFL experience as a head coach or coordinator. But I wasn't in the interviews and Tepper got his guy. As a Panther fan I will support the choice until I have reason not to. But I am not going to waste a bunch of time bitching and complaining at this point. Let's see how he does. There will be plenty to bitch about later if he struggles.
