Ron vs Rhule... early thoughts on if team is better or worse

One big difference I see coming is that Rhule is heavy into analytics, sometimes putting more emphasis on that than actual game tape. 

A lot of that was in respect to recruiting since they didn't have the best pipeline. He mentioned this in detail in the following tweet.

One thing from what I'm reading: The days of "business hours" coaching are apparently over.

Rivera stated back in 2015 that when the day was over, he went home and didn't necessarily think about football. Didn't make a habit of taking work home, working online, heck he didn't even  watch Monday Night Football that much.

By contrast, Rhule is described as a guy who eats, sleeps and breathes football all day, every day.
