They were already planning a sports medicine facility at the new HQ, so I guess this will be an extension of that.

Carolina is expected to build its complex on a 200-acre plot of land in Rock Hill, S.C. once the bill is passed. The Panthers are reported to want to start construction later this year and move into the complex in 2022, per The State. Included in the complex will reportedly be the team HQ, a sports medicine facility and two practice facilities, including a 10,000-seat indoor field.

Couple things I like hearing about Rhule is that he will mostly likely keep OL as a high priority and is keen on helping out injuries. Those 2 things have been the biggest pains in our ass since forever.

How hard was that? And I don’t cost up to $10 million a year. 

This isn’t Harvard’s Sports Medicine dept. Its a professional organization, with well trained athletes. 
 

Rhule is one hell of a salesman with that resume.
