I have seen where Rhule(just like Heriany) is a great sells person. Seems to be Teppers deal. Honestly I feft the same about all coaches, just thought Stefanski was already hired. Plus with the serious coin gave him, buyout included...... Tepper nuked all former 1st time NFL contracts. 

I believe "fit" was MUCH better for McCarthy in Dallas than here, plus with panthers needing the rebuilding of OL/DL etc same for Rhule in carolina. Plus Rhule wanted to be the giants HC over the panthers, Tepper just added years and $$$$$$ to change his mind.

Cari Champion has always been a hater, all she does is sensationalize and make up garbage. I just flip through the channels if I see her on.

Exactly.  Worse thing Tepper could've done is go with a retread like McCarthy.  He is innovative, he is rich, and he is used to making fast, analytic decisions.

His money is where his mouth is.  Second worst thing Tepper could've done is to follow some interview scheduling script, and temporized his choice until all the other possibilities had been screened.  Then he looks back, and sees the Giants took the guy he liked in the first place.  The man didn't accumulate over $11 Billion by waiting around, and not striking while the iron was hot.

Absolutely NOBODY knows how this will play out, so anybody who second-guesses it is just showing their stupidity.  IF you are a Panthers' fan, you'd best get behind it, and support the team's owner, who has gone ALL IN with $60-70 Million of his (not yours or my) dollars.

Just a throw away mention:  in  the linked TV discussion somebody put up, Max Kellerman made the suggestion that even Cam may have had some input into the choice. Intriguing idea.

I’m excited for the hire. I kind of wanted McDaniels because of the Patriots legacy but I’m also just a fan and  don’t know what I’m talking about. Plus the Patriots are cheaters.

i just hope Rhule gives Cam his fair chance and if he’s healthy, actually give him opportunity to succeed and be the QB we all know he’s capable of. I’d like to see us get away from the RPO a little. Still use it but also get back to single back and I formations. Ever since Chud left Ron took the easy route with Cam and rather than maximize his talent he abused the RPO until we got predictable and or Cam got hurt. Granted we never got to see Cams full potential with Norv because of injury, but I’m tired of the running QB narratives that surround our QB. Cam Newton is not a running QB, he’s Brett Favre with legs. Our offense should be dynamic at all times with the stud that Cam is.
