I'm happy....which is something that I haven't said about a Panthers decision very much over the past few years.

Hope he brings in a grizzled vet DC, or a previous head coach in a consultants role to help him make the transition.

-Fired a terrible GM. =)
-Hired a GM that made tough decisions but got us to the playoffs 3 years in a row with a SB appearance =)

then...

-Fired that GM =(
-Re-hired the guy whose firing started us on the path to success in the first place =(
-Cut the player who the good GM wanted to cut that started all the nonsense =(
-Fired a former coach of the year in a season where his QB is out =(
-Hired a HC that had 1 winning season in 3 years...coaching a Big 12 team =(
-Kept terrible GM =(

Bottom 5 run organization in the NFL?
