I went to Temple. A place that Matt Rhule ran for a couple years before leaving for Baylor. Seen this man work up close. Expect the team to have a very loose locker room feeling. This guy is high energy and loves to play up tempo. Expect fast offense

I like that David Tepper did something bold and different with his first big hire. Might not work. The NFL is hard. But Matt Rhule figures to be innovative.

The reactions by a lot of you are understandable because you don’t know anything about college football if it isn’t Dabo, Saban, Mack Brown, or Dave Doeren.  It’s a big ol’ world out there and good football is being played elsewhere.  I wouldn’t expect you to have watched Rhule at Temple or Baylor... but this guy gets it, and is excellent at turning programs around.
