I think it’s hilarious that Tepper hires Rhule the same day McD is supposed to be flying in for an interview...

By the way, can the NFL admit that the Rooney rule doesn't work?  It just makes token interviews, but still disproportionate results in hiring.

From what I read it does between the 20's but he likes to bring in an extra TE or OL inside the red zone. Baylor also ran the ball 55% of the time.

I went to Temple. A place that Matt Rhule ran for a couple years before leaving for Baylor. Seen this man work up close. Expect the team to have a very loose locker room feeling. This guy is high energy and loves to play up tempo. Expect fast offense

We didn't hire him as OC. Why not wait to see who he fills his staff with to complain about schemes and systems?
