Does his offense involve a lot of 4 wr sets?

I like the Matt Rhule hire. He had success at Temple and in a VERY hard spot at Baylor. That program had more than football issues and he turned it around. Leadership is the most important quality He also has NFL experience with the Giants under Tom Coughlin. #KeepPounding

Yep I was wrong for sure. Looks like we are going a completely different direction. The only thing I wish, is I wish we could get at least one coordinator with NFL head Coaching Experience. Otherwise, it will be a rough 2-3 year curb.

Why is everyone so down on the hire?  He was very sought after and has an impressive record wherever he goes.  He was a top 3 candidate for me, easily.

Unbelievable Im shocked I wasn't even counting him as a candidate. Sounds like when Tepper wants his guy he is getting his guy. Also he did a great job of keeping all of this quiet, no one saw this coming. I am very happy overall, Rhule has the most potential out of all the candidates.

One key I'm told in Panthers landing Rhule: They met him in Waco as soon as he got back from vacation. Giants wanted him to come to them for meeting. This allowed Tepper to get in first.

I wrote very briefly about some thoughts from Rhule at Baylor, but this is going to be a decision that needs a year or two to judge. Rhule will take time to adjust, the question is how long and what does his offense look like when he has?
