Rhule is a program builder, not a "win now" coach. It's gonna take time.

It all depends on how the players respond. Even if the team isn't winning the conference, but is actually being more competitive and playing better I'm willing to give him a little longer than 3, though that's how long I realistically expect. If the players write him off from the start and play like poo,2 years.

Tepper's warning fans they need to be patient, investing a lot of money, and looking to build a sports science program through Rhule, hes gonna have a pretty long leash.  Would figure with a 7 year deal hes gonna have 4-5 years min.

I think that style can work in the short term.  Especially if you have a strong team. 

Outside of that? I'm not a fan of that style in the NFL.  I love me some Dabo for example.  He a straight up preacher.  Dabo's schtick wouldn't last long in the NFL....and Dabo's schtick is what makes him great. 

Last coach last 9 years.  Coach before that lasted 9 years.   Gonna take the under on the new guy.   Think he has a reign lasting more comparable to Siefert.  Just playing the NFL odds on it all.

If there are no locker room issues, then three years. If it's one of those McDaniels situations where we are losing and he is not respected in the lockerroom, two years.

Harbaugh comes to mind in SF. I’m gonna try to be optimistic. This dude is not stupid and seems like a big people person. I think Cam will love him honestly. But who knows how long Cam will be with us.
