Rhule the guy, how long you give him?

Opinions...Taking all factors into account ,Hurney still the GM (at this point), rebuilt under way, QB position unclear, how many seasons does Rhule have to right the ship?

Will you want to tar and feather Rhule in one season if the team doesn't improve?  Two seasons? Or stick with him for three or more?

Does this town have the patience to let things develop or not?

Carolina is reloading/ not rebuilding.  It wont take long.  They have talent.

Two years. If in his 3rd year we don’t have a winning season he’ll be on the hot seat for me.

cams health obviously is a big deal but our team is broken at the lines. If by his 3rd year they aren’t fixed and we aren’t competing then it’s a problem.

Somehow I don’t feel like rhule will be down with cams preferred attire.

We're gonna suck this year. Typically, first-year coaches struggle. The best season a first-year coach has had here was 8-8 with Seifert in 1999. We won't sniff eight wins, but I'm looking for young guys to step up and for the team to buy in, be competitive and not fold in November.

Rhule is inheriting the league's worst defense and the league's worst offensive line, but he's also inheriting the league's best running back and one of its best wide receivers.

Meh I just read he has a very loose locker room approach. My issue with him when I read up on him is that he is like an evangelical type of speaker. Not sure if that type of speaking will translate to the nfl. I hope it does and I hope he has a ton of success. I’ll be rooting for him to take this franchise to winning consistently.

3 full seasons. If the team isn't in the playoffs by the end of the 3rd season, he's out.

5 year contract, if by the third year the Panthers aren't competitive (playoffs) Hurney is gone.

3 seasons to the playoffs.  An extension then, and if he keeps making the playoffs then I'll be happy.  I want a Superbowl but recognize how difficult that is.
