Because is very smart. And look at how Kirk Cousins look. We talking about average Kirk Cousins bruh. He has alot to do with them advancing into the 2nd rd of the playoffs. And they got a shot at winning the SuperBowl.

Kirk also has two Pro Bowl WRS and a beast RB

 

 

Their last OC Shurmer looked cool too, but took it up the butt with the giants
