Did you guys know we could have Von Miller instead of Cam Newton? He was still on the board... fug...

We also missed out on Fletcher Cox and picked Luke, man how dumb is Hurney and good thing Ron is gone.

Lmao who would have taken von miller over cam? This is a bad comparison. Are you saying Cam hasn't been successful or a bust? Because that's what comparing little ar this point to Metcalf looks like. In hindsight most people still would have taken Cam over Miller. Qb positional value and nearly hall of fame numbers come on.

What if we had used the first round pick on Metcalf and the second on AJ. Can you guys imagine those two lined up with DJ and Curtis and CMC and then Kyle Allen throws deep to all of them. Maybe we'd have won a game.

Never forget we could have signed Malcom Butler was an undrafted free agent, but instead we gave roster spots to some bums we cut

Imagine Malcom Butler lining up next to Bradberry

How come we don't have scouts that look for guys from smaller schools like West Alabama U

Player A is a Super Bowl Champion, Super Bowl MVP, an All Pro, and a Rookie of the Year, and is still playing.

Player B is a Rookie of the Year, League MVP, an All Pro, and isn't playing.

I'm just saying.... Or maybe we should have picked JJ Watt that year. At least he made a play on a team in the playoffs this year and the guy we picked was injured and didn't make any plays.

Thread should be about why we traded up for Little and not Cody Ford.

There's a front page thread on the main Bills forum right now blaming Cody Ford for yesterday's loss and discussing how their #1 priority in the draft is finding a new right tackle

Cody Ford was Matt Kalil level bad this year

If graded properly you don't spend a pick or trade up to grab a position of need just for the hell of it.  You take the BPA by slotted need not solely based on the fact they play on the O-line or D-line or that they are a CB etc. etc.

You definitely don't trade up to do it.  Hurney's pulled this crap multiple times and it has cost us.  The Little pick still remains undetermined, but the Edwards pick was a disaster.

I also think we need someone who is going to do a better job checking on a prospect's background.  Are they a hard worker, are they a diva etc. etc.  Jackson for all the raw talent in the world is not a hard worker, is not a team player, and has been nothing but a diva.

No he wasnt. Ford has one bad play and that was the JJ Watt sack. I don’t give a damn who you are. Whether you’re Peters, Tunsil, Lewan, etc. It’s JJ Watt and you’re going to lose some.

Hindsight is 20/20. No one saw Samuel sucking as much as a $2 hker.

Also drew lock

I still don't understand why we didn't move up a few slots from Frank Alexander and take Russell Wilson to be Cam's backup, given we only had Derek Anderson as insurance

Imagine Russell Wilson sliding into Cam's slot right now;  we could have had the best 1-2

Frank Alexander was mostly a bust
