Cam has never thrown any one under the bus and they always talk about the so called “class” of the brees, Brady and Rodgers of the nfl.

cam in that wildcard game against the saints did everything to win and had no fuging help ...never once complained

Makes you appreciate him, and the QBs who just take it on the chin even more.

QBs are getting paid mega bucks; they are looked at as leaders of the team. You take the blame for the bad and pass the fame to your teammates during the good

I agree Cam balled out in that game but if he hadn’t shat the bed the prior week in Atlanta when his team was playing well he wouldn’t of played the Saints and secured a bye.

Brees is one the the best ever to play his position, he’s going to get away with poo and this really isn’t that bad.

Lot of butthurt in this thread

You can kindly see yourself off these boards and on your way to SaintsReport if you like Brees so much.

..........Hunter, the villain of the piece, hit Brees’ arm as he was going back to pass. The ball was recovered by the Vikings at their 36.

After the play, Brees appeared to be venting his displeasure at Ginn. After the game, Brees peeled back the curtain on a pivotal play.

“There was a miscommunication as to what we were doing,” he explained. “The ball should have been out of my hands. All of a sudden that wasn’t the route that was run. Now I’m just trying to throw the ball into the dirt to avoid a sack. Right as my hand is going back (Hunter) just gets a piece of my arm and that ball comes out.

“I’m really disappointed in that. That should never have happened.”

image.png.84a25f7a666df2ed86fae8ef28976297.pngThere is another factor to consider on that play, however. Hunter didn’t swat the ball out of Brees’ hand, it just squirted out. You could make the argument that the thumb injury that sidelined him for five games earlier this season has still degraded Brees’ ability to grip the ball.

In other words, there were times when Brees looked old and injured. It’s telling that the one really deep ball the Saints completed Sunday was by Taysom “The Swiss Army Knife” Hill, for 50 yards to Deonte Harris.

Not but hurt just pointing out the fact that he has had much less talent around him then the “class” quarterbacks of the nfl but is ridiculed for poo that doesn’t really affect anyone, celebrating and his dress sense.

oh yeah and who were cams receivers in the Atlanta game ? Mr nfl all pro funchess....

Dude has always been a glorified turd.

During the lockout he made himself to be the consummate leader looking out for the best interests of his team and the rest of the league, then right afterwards held out for a cap killer contract.
