Changing of the guard...Brady & Brees done

This is probably it for the old timers. Brady looked his age last night and Brees can only throw the short stuff at this point. Both are probably done and should retire. It will only get worse for them at this juncture in their careers. Can't fight father time.

To be fair, Brady made some great throws last night. There were several that were dropped that were either bullets or dimes. If he had a michael Thomas and Gronk back people would be talking today that he hasn’t lost a step.

Yep I think they are both done. Maybe not done playing but done playing at a high level and being favorites in the playoffs, or a real threat to win it all.

Brees has very minimal arm strength at this point and his pocket movement is much clumsier than before. I wouldn’t mind seeing both of them hang around longer so they can take a beating.

Why would either one retire, Brady plays in the AFCE and Brees plays in the terrible NFCS. They’re basically guaranteed to win their divisions.

Brady looked pretty decent, but for decision making. Don't count on him being "done."
