My guess: Stefanski has Cowboys written all over him. Bieniemy to NYG, McDaniels to Browns, McCarthy to Panthers.

I think McCarthy is everyone's plan 'B'.  Poor guy.  He's going to be like that last kid picked in dodge ball.

People don't realize he's 50 years old already and hasn't achieved anything.

Something else people don't discuss

Bienemy was offensive coordinator at the University of Colorado in 2012;  they went 1-11 and their offense was terrible.  So the only time he was ever given a chance to call plays, it ended in disaster.  The University of Colorado is not a terrible PAC-12 program.

Maybe mediocre is giving him too much credit.

Yeah Mahomes gives him too much credit,  Reid gives him too much credit...thanks for bringing us back to earth...

I can see pros and cons to all of them, but I'm not especially invested in any of them.

Watching this game, I’d say we should take a look at the Titans OC. He seems Sharp. He’s done a great job with Tannehill and that Titans offense.

edit: typed this pre interception lol

I think this is his first year doing it though.

I always like for guys to have a little  longer track record before they get promoted.
