Cam Newton's Vegan Diet: Should he stay if he remains a vegan?

i mean there are minerals and AA you're not going to get from a purely vegan diet but it's not like people haven't figured out solutions to this problem. like multivitamins and AA supplements are a thing.

if people go off on having to eat meat or whatever they probably believe in some lunacy like blood type diets and can safely be ignored.

So eat more plants to go along with your plant based diet. Got it. I’m not vegan. But it is a substantial portion of my diet. Less meat is inherently good. Good for you, good for the environment, and good for the animals.

the less meat you eat the more people will be on the planet.   being vegan is terrible for the environment.  look at the relationship between amounts of food available and population growth worldwide, or for any organism.     its  a horrible truth, but until the majority of the world reaches a certain amount of education and healthcare, specially women, we can't stop eating animals.  there is already a population issue on earth.  this horrible truth has to do with the incredible inefficient use of the sun's energy by eating meat.

Its unfortunate that compared to how life was hundreds and thousands of years ago, todays society structure allows soft ass wimps like vegans to live long enough to reproduce

throughout human history people like that would die off before they could get it in a woman... if a woman would be up for mating with a scrawny demasculinized semi boy

i'm guessing you don't have a science background.

a plant gathers roughly 10% of the solar energy its exposed to.   an animal that eats that plant gathers 1.5-2% of that 10% of solar energy the plant was exposed to.  an animal that eats that animal gathers 1.5-2% of that 1.5-2% of that 10% of solar energy the original plant gathered.  this is an incredibly inefficient use of solar energy.  if we all switch to a vegan diet there will be 10x more food available to humans on the planet.   the only countries with little to no population growth are countries where women receive education, and have access to healthcare and preventative measures.   until a vast majority of humans on the planet, specially women, receive an education and have access to health care and birth control,  more food means more people.    we're talking about a population explosion the likes of which the world has never seen.   as i said, this is an awful truth.   i'm sorry if you're unable to understand

This fix for everything is less people. Thats the only solution.

Vegans get on their high horse about their eating religion, best thing for everyone would be faaaar less people. Also another fact is vegans use more toilet paper than meat eaters, checkmate you tree hugging hypocrites!!
