Youre getting worked up over general statements.  I didnt claim anyone said that.  Settle down and type McDorkface more.  It's funny and fitting.

Your post was dismissive, insulting and offbase. It showed that you didn't understand what was posted claimed or what was in the article. Stop trying to tell people you're insulting to settle down, THAT's asinine, cause you absolutely don't like it when people insult what you say without cause. What's funny is your inability to see your own hypocrisy in your statements.

Watch Game Changers on Netflix and educate yourself.

I don't have a dog in this fight but Game Changers has been criticized heavily for it's limited number of sources that rely heavily on limited sample sizes as well as presenting opinions as facts with no input from clinical dietitians and not nutritionists (dietitians are legit, anyone can be a nutritionist).

I personally believe that an increase in plant consumption and decrease in meat would do wonders for most people's health, but I'm not about to call it the end all be all definitive way that everyone should live their lives, especially pro athletes.

Eat da red meat MF!

thats your testosterone and creatine.

Tried eating what others claim and make acceptable.

that got me fat,..

I went back to 3 shakes a day with great whey, frozen berries and a little yogurt, super food scoop and some coconut oil.  2 small solid meals for lunch and dinner, 2 handfuls veggies, one serving salmon and the other either bloody steak or something with Avocado.

i dropped 10% body fat so far but only 12 lbs lighter so I’m gaining muscle back. My joints feel great including the back after 4 surgeries. And the boners are making the wife smile,.. which is all that really matters.

so there’s my science.

Yeah, this is the standard tactic of internet trolls since there was an internet, don't think you're fooling anyone. Insult people, when called on it, tell them to settle down, they're overreacting. When they call you on your bs, act like they are taking the internet or your asinine posts too seriously, as if you yourself are cool with being talked poo to out of the blue. It's stupid, unimaginative and shows absolutely nothing worthy of continuing to pay attention to your childish antics.

Welcome to ignore.

I get your point. I just say that because Cam isnt the only NFL player that is and has been doing it and seen benefits from it.

I'm not nutritionist.

That being said, bro science Dex feels like this a legitimate concern. Specifically because when I was going vegetarian/vegan for a few months, I felt it. Big time.

I experienced similar concerns. I did vegetarian/vegan for a few months and couldn't keep up with the caloric intake necessary and I felt like poo. Once I started putting some fish and eggs back into my diet, I improved dramatically.

I like food. I am firmly pro food and favor meat type foods over non meat type foods. Cam can eat whatever he wants, but if there is strong peer reviewed evidence, as it seems there is, that a vegan diet is suboptimal for pro athletes, I would prefer he not do that, for no reason other than I want him, and therefore us, to win.

I am pretty open to people having diverse opinions, but am not sure why Panthers fan opinions would deviate very far from this. Thanks OP for bringing this info to the Huddle's attention.

Not pro athletes as much as physical contact sport athletes.

Here’s a good look at different diets.

Obviously the vegetarian rock climber that is all sinewy doesn’t have to worry about a 260 pound guy running full speed at him.

F game changers. That’s just propaganda. Watch Fuel by Munchies/Vice. I posted the link above, it goes through every diet from sumo to rock climbing and everything in between.
