Of the 4 candidates, I think only Eric Bieniemy will manage to command the respect Rivera had in the locker room

I don’t care if the coach comes in and “commands the same level of respect as Rivera”. I want a coach that will make good decisions on his staff, good decisions on playing time for players, know how to use time outs and manage the clock, knows how to put teams away instead of coaching soft, knows how to prepare the team, coaches well in general on game days.  I don’t know what any of that looks like in a Panther uniform.

Also knows how to make in game adjustments at anytime.

thanks but I got off my butt and tracked it down. Thanks for the info. I really, really do not want McDorkface, but would be thrilled for him to go to Cleveland so he can fail horribly. I do not want to have to root for the guy, but if we hire him, I'd be stuck with him and just have to hope he works out.

Bieniemy is honestly the most intriguing guy to me, I just don't know if he's anything more than a backup plan at this point sadly.  Reid and others vouching for him is great, and would love to see what he could do for our offense...but that's also what scares me.  How much can he do for an offense without Andy Reid and Patrick Mahommes?

If we have a QB in place, he could be Pederson and the Eagles at their best.  If we don't, hello Bears and Nagy without the defense.
