I would too but i think Thomas is gone before us, that's another position that is scarce is fug in the NFL. Chargers, Jets, Bengals, Redskins, Dolphins all have poo o lines, worse than ours, i don't expect Thomas to last

Coaching is going to be key.

Jerry Jones has a lot of money, Jerry Jones has the best facilities, Jerry Jones has incredible players in key positions, but the Cowboys have an 8-8 culture going.

Panthers need good coaching and an identity.  Many of the "scrubs" we have now, will turn into contributors under the right system
