Monday Night Saints/Falcons thread

To even have the slighest shot at a win, Matt Moore will have to play. Falcons ran all over us and it wans't enough, you need a passing game.

Jake will start. Jake will not throw more than 15 times by design. We have TWO "Michael Turners", not one, to run all over you. You are 7-0, the best team in the NFC, yet you could have lost tonight and you know it. Division games are always wild and never what you expect.

Your cockiness, and the Saints team's cockiness, will only be ammo for us laughing at you if we pull off the upset.

Tread lightly.

Saints offense is way to dangerous just ot throw 14 times and expect to win. If they could have ran Turner 30 times they could have.

I didn't know the Falcon's O-Cord was ours, or ours was theirs. That was up to them not to run him more.

I love your cockiness though, thinking your 7-0 squad is the most dominant thing in history (that's how you come off). I believe your team feels the same way though...and that will eventually be your downfall. (ex: Pats losing to NYG in the SB).

Be it in an upset next week, or in the Playoffs, you will not go 16-0 and will not win the Super Bowl. I'll happily bet you $20.

We've only been run on this once in seven games. You guys are actign like weve been shredded weekly. It's funny with this talk about short memory, Panther fans went from ''BURN IT DOWN'' to oh sh*t we're going to beat the NFL's best team. lol.

Cute.

Let's see...you played Detroit and their KILLER run game (lol). Then Philly and the banged up, old man, Westbrook (lol). Then Buffalo and their average at best run game (lol). Then the Jets, which I'll give you (TJ is a beast). Then the Giants and their overrated run game. Then Miami and you barely survived to win but did a somewhat decent job against the Wildcat. Then tonight...the best RB you've faced...and got run on big time on your way to another win.

Next week, you have two "Michael Turners" to plan for. Don't act like your run game is a monster. It was #5 in the NFL coming into tonight. That number will surely drop.

I'm glad for one thing though, your post count shows you may actually show back up here if we upset you. I'm sure all of your threads will be bumped too if so. Better make them good!

So the onus is on the 3-4 team to predict a win against the 7-0 one?

I don't think so. You've been crowing for the last 4 weeks about how badly the Saints are going to destroy CAR. I don't think anyone here thinks a Panthers' win is "likely," but your arrogant posts of the past several weeks may have oversold your team just a bit, so the pressure is on your guys to produce -- not on our posters to predict an outright win against a team favored by two touchdowns.

Didn't you just lose your best DT? Same thing happend to us last year. We had a good D then then we lost the best DT and our run D fell apart.
