This.  And they're about to give Dak 35 million.  Not to mention Amari will surely want 14+. Zeke's contract soon doubles, then goes to 16 million in 2 years. Demarcus Lawrence goes from 11 to 21 next year.  They still have the core of their OL locked up which is a great selling point, but on a team that already is average at best, they're going to have to hit homeruns in the draft because big name guys will be cap casualties in a couple seasons.

I think of all the openings in the league right now, McCarthy is the best fit for Dallas. I could see him doing well there actually. What they need the most is solid offensive coaching to really succeed and he can give that to them. 

The Panthers need everything outside of a running back.

Technically, they don't have to fire him. His contract is up on 1/14. All they have to do is let it expire.

Meyer would be the only college coach I would entertain.  He's created winners at just about every stop he's made.  That means he knows how to build a staff and create a winning culture.

Rhule is the only guy on our interview list that I've seen speculated to the Cowboys.

Most analysts believe the Cowboys want one of the big name college guys like Rhule, Riley or Meyer. There's been some speculation about Mike Zimmer if he and the Vikings part ways.

The media builds this team up but watch skip's convo on monday with sharpe and he lays out the reality. They arent talented. Theyre not cohesive. They have as many holes as we do. They just had a shittier schedule.

Who wouldn't want this job?  I've been told this is the most talented roster in the NFL for the past decade.  Seems like all the pieces are in the right place to win another off season super bowl.
