Red zone offense vs Run defense

These were the two most obvious problems, starting from week 1 all up to the final week.   With Ron or without, with Cam or with Allen.  

 

Which of these should be the priority?  How would you fix it?

Run Defense is the far bigger issue. Red zone offense could be improved with better execution. Our Run defense was hot garbage no matter how you stacked it.
