"Panthers have the least attractive opening"

First of all, why do we care so much what Jonathon Jones thinks? It's cool he covered for the Panthers 2012 - 2016, but is he still with us? No. He covers for all 32 teams now so it's almost like he doesn't know jack :poo:

We're worst than the Washington Foreskins? This is Dan Snyder we're talking about.

Worse than the Browns? They haven't had a single winning record since '07 or make the playoffs since '02. At least we've had some success. The Browns? Even before '19 started I could already tell the Browns were going to be a total disaster. 100% overrated.

Worse than the Giants (nothing but Barkley)? The Jags (drama school right there)?

If we are less attractive than the Browns, why do we even exist? I mean -- that's a depressing thought right there that a dumpster fire looks better than Carolina...

Have you seen clevelands roster? We are by far the place no one wants to come.

He’s comparing Charlotte to DC, NYC and potentially Dallas. Those are all big market and high profile.

but he can go sit on an umbrella putting Cleveland up. I guess the fact they have a young first round QB and all the talent it might be attractive for the right coach to go in there and close out some seasons.

we have a dumpster fire for an offensive line and defense and QB is up in the air. It could take several seasons to fix.

We are absolutely less attractive than the Browns.  Without question.

Usually you are looking at a few things when considering what HC job to take.

Ownership.  We have no idea what to expect here, and neither will the coaches we bring in.  Things don't look good IMO, but could change.

History.  Are you a fabled franchise or a small market up and comer.  I think we know what we are.

Roster.  Ours is in shambles.  Above average talent we have here signed long term?  Very little.

QB.  Terrible spot right now.

Location.  Good, not great.  Could be attractive to some, and a turn off to others.

So yea, we are in last place so far.

the browns have worse ownership than us by FAR, our  qb situation isnt the best but baker has been horrible, and if you think fuging cleveland ohio is a more attractive destination than literally any opening available then you havent watched the cleveland song in a while

Cecil isnt going to let cam play on a 1 year deal behind this oline. We will have to give cam extension for him to stay or it will be a sign and trade deal.

I think Cam will play regardless or sign a smaller contract with incentives as he has expressed "only leaving Carolina if he is kicked out". He believes in himself and his body and is confident he will make it through a season if not I think he feels he has had a few free rides by now.
