Yes they both need to be fixed along with Specia Teams, Kicker and Kick Returner. I'd love for them to all be fixed prior to next season but I doubt it. My focus would be strongly improving the o-line.

No way that is accurate. Whoever is hired in Carolina will get a decade of NFL head coach salary before they even have a chance of getting the boot. Cleveland you are always fired after 1 yr.

A lot of coaches want to have their own QB. The Browns coach will inherit a guy the team’s own fan base is sick of, but he’s young, so that coach will have to deal with him. 

I’d imagine the selling point here as far as QB is “You get an MVP quarterback for a year. If you want to draft another one, we have a high pick, so go ahead if you want.”

The Browns and every other team far exceed us in overall talent, but there’s far more flexibility here.

While not the worst place to coach, it definitely has very little going for it. No history of winning, old stadium, quiet fanbase, avg at best roster, and a new owner. Other than getting paid, and living in a nice area, this job is a big solid meh.

Yeah this is Bullshit. If I'm a coach or even a GM I like this look. HOF players still on the roster, and a place where you can come build what you want out of it. Plus an owner that's looking for new innovative minds to place around him.

Tepper alone makes this an attractive job. It will be a MORE attractive job 3-5 years from now, but a coach that has confidence in their own abilities should see the potential. Obviously, it will take a serious commitment (time & money) to get the guy you want.
