All these guys collectively were a massive failure this year...

The idea of them banding together somewhere else and becoming a championship unit seems extremely plausible... 

I'm sure a lot of these guys feel like the organization let them down, but there performance on the field was in no way indicative of a unit that could do anything productive together, and it certainly wasn't all on the coaches.

I mean can you honestly blame them? There's a  significant portion of the fanbase who believes moving on from Cam is a recipe for success.

Too much koolaid. The old Panthers culture needs to die. Respect players but quit letting them run the team. If they can bring a good trade offer to the table, pull that trigger. Ask Norman how that Washington championship taste.

I don't blame players for being uneasy with the situation and unknowns. The BS idea that things were great and don't need changing is fugging aweful and part of the issue this team has.
