If he kept his play up from earlier in the year maybe he gets that money but he is too inconsistent. His play fell off a cliff in the later parts of the season.

He isn't a top 5 CB. I thought it might happen and I say the same thing when Norman asked for top money, hell no.

This is where good teams get more than a 3rd round comp pick for a player a year after they leave. Add another position to fill.

I'm thinking the defense is no longer gonna be the focus moving forward.  I'm a JBB guy, hes good and deserves a deal.  Nothing stupid but it would be better to keep him than not.
