I remember when they went to the Super Bowl in Miami (The Chargers) and I was talking to Deems May (UNC, Charger TE) right before it--he played with Eric B at SD.  He had a lot of respect for him as a player; said great things about his intelligence and leadership.  That is all I got.

Reid's coaching tree did okay this season though. better than belicheck's coaching tree ever have.
