Why does everyone want McDaniels? Is it because he did awful the first time he was a head coach or the fact that he heads an offense with the greatest qb of all time and a historically good defense carrying the team and feeding them great field position and made them average at absolute best? Or all of the above?

Wonder if there are reservations because the Ravens roster is loaded. Not like he's making a 5 star meal with Aldis priced groceries.

A lot of fans would love to have Roman, and with his prior connection to Hurney it seemed like a strong possibility.

Now I'm wondering if he's even gonna get an interview. He still could, of course, but no news yet.

Word is Tepper was highly impressed with McCarthy during interviews.  Still going to finish interviews and things could change but I'm leaning towards McCarthy being the next head coach of the Panthers.

I know there was a really interesting article that came out that people mentioned on here about Mike McCarthy's studying camp he has been doing with some ex-coaches for the past year. Heres a video on it

ESPN is reporting that McDaniels has accepted the browns interview, but nothing on the Panthers. That is not a good sign.
