I don't know if I'm developing a favorite yet, but I've gotta admit there's an appeal here.

The patriots offense is arguably the most complex in the league. I imagine it would take 2-3 years to see him fully realize a similar offense here. 
 

Given how hard it is to assemble a good O and D line, we might not see much until year 3 or 4.

I fear this may be the case for any coach we hire. I think McDaniels trip out to Denver had some success early in year 2.

McDaniels could probably spend this week contacting guys he wants for his staff and then do his interviews on Friday.

I hope Carolina is where he wants to go. I wonder how long Tepper and McDaniels have been in contact, unofficially?

Well remember, tampering never happens 

Albert Breer did say that the Panthers and McDaniels have been on each other's radar for the better part of the last two years. We also know Tepper inquired about McDaniels and Caserio last offseason.

I'm starting to get a bit anxious because I'm looking at potential draftees and have no idea what offensive or defensive schemes we will be running.  I won't know until the HC coach and staff are hired.
