ESPN is now saying McCarthy is getting an interview with the Cowboys and also a new name (thus far this off season) surfaces, Marvin Lewis.

With regard to Zimmer, I'm a longtime fan but it's fair to point out that he's 1-2 in the playoffs and that one win came on a last second miracle.

If they lose today, he'll be 1-3, and again that single win could be called a fluke.

As to Spielman, he's been the Vikings GM forever. And while he's generally fielded a good team, you could argue not good enough given their lack of championships.

I was thinking Shurmur would have been a great OC hire for Bieniemy if he gets one of these jobs. Especially for a first time HC.
