In 2008 Jeff Davidson, we rushed for 2437 yards with 30 rushing TDs.

In 2015 Mike Shula, we rushed for 2282 yards with 19 rushing TD’s.

If we had a decent pass game with that zone blocking scheme we would have been unstoppable. However, the carcass of Jake Delhomme had clearly ran out of juice.

Fair enough.

I'm surprised Byron Leftwich hasn't got any attention.

I think he will, it may be another season or two but he is definitely on the rise. Imagine how far along he could be with a QB that doesn’t throw a pick six once a game.

If you are going to play this game you have to at least try to inform yourself and read.

Fewell said he interviewed.

Literally all you have to do is search to see this.

There are lots of articles saying Fewell will get an interview...I've seen none saying it has happened.

In fact, an NFL expert WFNZ had on the radio as a guest this morning specifically said it would be taking place in the future.

Good for Fewell.  We all know he has no chance but going through the process will benefit him in the long run.

He hasn't interviewed I just posted it today sometime. He don't know what he is talking about

Rumored that there might be another head coaching job open this weekend, and I'm not talking about the Cowboys.

Speculation is that if the Vikings lose this weekend, both their head coach and GM will be given their walking papers.

If that occurs, it'd be no shock to see Zimmer become a candidate in Dallas.

Vikings are denying that Zimmer and Spielman are in any danger.

It is still beyond me how you fire a coach that has you currently in the playoffs.  The Vikings have proven commodity and potentially tossing him aside like trash in hopes that something even better comes along when it has shown coaching changes produce dubious results?  Solid plan!
