Yes we do but we need DTs bad. Whoever takes over needs some vision on how this team is going to win because we can't have both DT and OT.

Allen is better at this point, but since we are out of the playoffs, I understand the need to see what Grier has in an actual game.  

If it comes down to keeping Allen or Grier next year, at this point the choice is clear (we keep Allen, get rid of Grier).  

Edited to add, I now wouldn't be surprised to see Allen come back in.
