Becuse there are only 32 HC gigs in the NFL and they all come with multi million dollar salaries, so regardless how bad a job it is compared to the rest of the NFL, it’s stiil a great job compared to almost everything else.

Wish Landry didn't make so much, would be a fun guy to poach for a mid round pick. Or if they REALLY want to blow it up, Bitonio as our new LG would make me happy. 

Njoku would be interesting for sure, but may only be feasible if Olsen retires/the Ian Thomas experiment is over.

I think its more likely they fire Kitchens and go with someone like McCarthy than a full fire sale on their good players.

Lots of people have connected John Dorsey and Mike McCarthy.

And it makes sense. They did work together in Green Bay.

Or if the new staff understands how to utilize sets with two receiving TEs on the field together. Something we've been completely incapable of doing since the Chud days with Olsen and Shockey.

Their roster has a lot of talent but maybe a little too much ego.  It screams hiring a more old school coach that can get things on the right track.

Then again, we are talking about the Cleveland browns.

Yeah, he's one of those "Rivera guys" that I just don't understand how he deserves a roster spot. He's supposedly our blocking TE but he was repeatedly blown up as a blocker all season long.

giving up a 3rd for a 1st round talent like Greg obviously was huge.  But I just don't feel Njoku is on his level.  I don't know much about him, but I think we need our 3rd this simply for contract length.  

Would an early 4th get him?  4 and a 7th?

Us getting a good trade generally depends on finding a GM who's dumber than Marty, or at least is having a significant enough brain fart to be so temporarily.

Take Beane. He's been pretty good overall but he was the one who initiated the Benjamin trade.
