If the Browns are smart, they'll fire Kitchens.

Don't get me excited like that.  Njoku was my #2 or #3 TE prospect the year he came out.  My knock on him was rawness, but all the other tangibles were there.

Consistently giving their coaches 1 year to prove they belong Cleveland why would anybody want to coach there!

Screw Gregg Williams for his role in Bountygate but honestly the Browns blew a wide open layup not retaining the guy. He really shined in his interim HC role and that team really really around him. That situation honestly setup the next coach for failure IMO. That locker room wanted Williams and when he wasn't retained there was likely already a strong bias against Kitchens before he even introduced himself to the team.
