Little, he’s going to haunt me. Paradis gave up 47 sacks in 15 games and that’s terrible, almost as many as the Ravens. Little gave up 14 pressures in one game against Atlanta.

I also don’t agree on the G draft info on Moton. There was one blurb on how he played well at G (played 3 of 4 years at RT) against Ohio State. Everything we ever said about him was always tackle. We even put Amini in for Turner because we had Moton at jumbo tackle his rookie year. We did try him to replace Norwell because we had Williams and speed bump, but I don’t recall him ever actually taking a snap there before starting at RT for two straight years.

That said I’m fine now with Moton on the interior because I’m tired of it looking like poo, but it doesn’t excite me at all because it means we’ve got two newbies at the tackle spots. Taking another tackle is spending even more draft capital at one spot while ignoring the interior which was our strength from mid season 2014 through 2017. We just happened to go to the playoffs 3 of those 4 years and after watching 2 all pros leave we’ve looked like poo.

Moton reminds me a Tad of Peat in New Orleans, who was a OT in college but msde the switch to OG and been a stud with the Saints.

Drafting another OT wouldn't necessarily be ti much draft capital.  Plus considering the top 3 OTs in this class, may be better than any OT to come out in atleast 3 years.  Stud OTs dont grow on trees.

If Little doesnt pan out, one of those OTs can start at LT right away with Moton and Daley fighting for RT, loser moves to starting LG

It Little DOES pan out, he starts at LT, 1st rounder at RT, Moton at LG.  Very Very similar to how the saints setup their OL who has been one of the leagues besg the last few seasons.

I wasnt high or excited on the Little Pick, really thought we shouldve drafted a Risner instead.  But even I can see you cant give up on the kid yet.  Dude was riddled with injuries this year.  He never really had major injuries in college so not jumping the gun calling him injury prone.  Looking at this as more of a redshirt year.

I'm guessing you meant 47 pressures? Although I wouldn't put it past Rivera to start a guy that was averaging giving up 3.1 sacks a game on the line.

Ugh, we are really in a hole with this OL and the interior DL/run D. That’s almost the reason I’d be willing to trade Cam. I’d be happy for him playing well elsewhere but for us, it feels like we are so far from really contending that I’d rather blow it up fir picks and try and get Lawrence. No guarantees but giving Cam a $30-35M extension with the rest of the team as is reminds me of the Flacco deal. They gave him the world as a reward for a season he never git close to again and it wasn’t until they dumped Flacco for a rookie that they got right.

I gotta be honest, at this point I think we can just throw out all the prior staff's evaluations and see what the next staff is able to do. One thing I think we can mostly agree on as a fanbase is that Rivera & Friends made very, very, very suspect personnel decisions. I am willing to let new coaches and new front office personnel evaluate what we currently have and give them a chance to decide if Moton is an OT or OG or if Paradis is a huge bust or we were using him in a dipshit way. I am gonna give the new staff a chance to work with what they decide to at the beginning of their tenure.

I don't think trading Cam will accomplish much in terms of draft capital. The biggest impact he could have is just cutting him, which would clear up a huge chunk of cash to spend in free agency. The issue with that being, now we would DEFINITELY have a huge hole at QB instead of MAYBE having a huge hole at QB. Not really a great set of choices.

yep, good bowl game.

I hadn't been considering Wirfs since he's a RT, but the idea of moving Moton to left guard hadn't occurred to me.  Interesting.  Plus Moton could move back outside if someone gets injured.

As much as I want to draft Thomas out of Georgia, I feel any new coach is going to give Little a healthy year to feel him out.  My top 3 choices are Thomas, Brown, and Wirfs, in that order.

Also looking forward to watching Delpit today.  Kid came into the season as a top 10 picks but has had all kinds of tackling problems.  Even ran a few mocks where he dropped to the early 2nd.

Actually, there's about 40 prospects to watch tonight, lol.
