Honestly, I'd be fine with Wirfs and Moton at OT, figure out who would be better at OG between Little and Daley then have the other be a backup swing OT.

Thing is Moton is going into the last year of his deal.  I think just getting the best OL on the field.  Little is a LT and a LT only, never played anything else.  So if Little looks like he could pan out, you leave him there.  Wirfs is a MONSTER OT, so you put him at RT if Little pans.

Moton was always projected as better suited at OG since coming into the NFL.  His versatility, would make him a potential stud at LG (see Peat in New Orleans).

LT: Little, Daley

LG: Moton, Daley

C: Paradis

RG: Turner

RT: Wirfs

Would do leaps in turning this offense around

I just didn't see near enough from Little this season to pencil him in at LT next season and feel good about it.

No one saw anything from him this year, because he was hurt 80% of the year

If he gets healthy, we'll see next year.
