Bingo, that’s what I’m seeing it as if he is signed. 

If the investigation isn’t concluded in time, then we have dibs on him when it is.

If the investigation does conclude in time, he’ll already be in the building and as an added bonus, won’t be in the uniform of any of the teams we’d run into in the playoffs.

If he causes any problems while he’s on the exempt list, then he’s gone and we don’t spend a penny and we’re in no worse of a situation than we’re currently in. There’s literally no downside.

I think Ireland’s problem in Miami (besides the fact that franchise has been a dumpster fire since Marino hung them up) is he’s not a cap guy. He’s a talent evaluator.

Here, Loomis is our cap guy so Ireland never has to concern himself with that and purely evaluate talent whereas in Miami he had to do both and he couldn’t find the proper balance.

Everyone picked on him about the helmet when he was with the Raiders. I have not been influenced by anyone else's thoughts, but my opinion is he might have been very scared about taking another hit like that and the helmet he wanted to wear was the only helmet he trusted to protect him. Think about it, he tried having it painted and everything.....

This, Burfict rung the absolute **** out of his bell and that hit might still be in the back of his head.

However, I got some gold paint for that bucket if he needs the hookup.

I'm glad you consider my head holy. It's either that or you have a pretty poor grasp of the English language, about what I would expect from a person from a state ranked 46th in public education and 49th in higher education.

Innocent until guilty is not the way it works or should work. Evidence should and does play into that. If it didn’t, there’d be  a huge issue of criminals absconding, tampering, more victims etc. People screaming innocent until guilty are the first to blame someone when a serial rapist was allowed to claim another victim because they were awaiting trial. But then again money rules all in this system, it literally buys freedom.

And you’re probably the first to blame everyone once another incident occurs from someone who has nothing happen to them despite mounds of evidence of a crime and history of it reoccurring.

But in your prefect world a justice system should cite people for crimes, wait for them to show up to court, the admit to their crimes and get a fair punishment and money has nothing to do with any of it. Sorry, isn’t reality.

Look if that’s how you want to look at it then you need to be ok with the above scenario.

However in reality, everyone knows innocent until proven guilty isn’t the case. If it was bail wouldn’t be a thing, being arrested wouldn’t be a thing either. But it is. Because of evidence and because well it’s be really fuging stupid to let a dangerous person roam free because they weren’t convicted’ yet.

But I’m sure you’d still feel the same if someone you personally love, that could have been prevented if only common sense and evidence was considered, was violated by someone who should’ve been locked up right?
