Agreed but luckily we won't have to worry about that possibility. New Orleans is a terrible road playoff team(1-5 road, 7-1 home record under Sean Payton).

I am not sure AB has a "chilled out" mode anymore. TBH, he seems to have a screw loose of some sort. Maybe some CTE issues, who knows?

He spent a lot of his time off going on huge rants against various people and then apologizing to them.

My personal favorite was when he made a crack about Robert Kraft's massage parlor thing and then later on talked about how he'd like to play for the Patriots again.

Seems pretty clear to a lot of folks that he's not exactly stable.

But that's a reason why, unless they believe he's about to be exonerated, they could be looking at this as a future contract for next year or years following.
