I agree with one premise. Offensive Coordinators are in demand. If you are going to hire a coach, better to hire an offensive-oriented coach instead of defense. If you hire a defensive guy, the OC he hires may be moving on and out soon, if he is any good. DCs tend to stick around.

If McDaniels brings NE's style offense here with Cam at QB and CmC at RB this offensive would be lethal. NE is checkdown city and we have the best RB in the NFL.

It was dated 12/23 when I saw it and today when copied 

They also discussed McCarthy and other offensive coordinators in the second and third rd 

i am no fan of McDaniels either but I’m sure Tepper doesn’t care about my opinion
