Your question bolded above says nothing about 15 years. The statement before does, but there’s nothing there to specify that that aspect of the statement should carry over to the question.

Ttaking that 15 years into account, I’m sure it’s less than 10 but it really doesn’t matter. Bills are the only team ever to make 4 straight and they didn’t win one and have sucked worse than us outside of that stretch. Making 2 in some arbitrary 15 year stretch while winning none is not really impressive.

I agree. But I guess I’m more saying that looking at this team without the biased frustrated lens, we aren’t as bad as most of this fanbase would have the average Joe believe. We have not finished the job and won the big game. But compared to most teams in the league, since our inception we are definitely a relatively successful team. We have accomplished more than the majority of the league during that time.

Its a morale victory that isn’t really worth anything. But I’m fairness, we have certainly had more to celebrate than most

He's a hell of a competitor, only a fool would deny him that. As far as being a leader, you can only expect so much from your running back. Fair or not it more falls on the guy behind center than anyone else on offense. Especially with young developing receivers. That's a void we have been unable to fill. Here we are as the worst team in the league currently.

The offense is honestly showing fight.  They just can't really do much with the talent on the OL and behind center (and now with DJ Moore injured... :( )

As to Luke, there was one point he changed the D into a perfect formation and seemed to call exactly what the Colts were going to run and the d flowed to the ball and just failed to penetrate and got gashed for like 8 yards anyway.  Can't imagine the frustration he must feel.

I’d say compared to ‘some’ teams we’ve been successful, but not ‘most.’ Of course compared to the bottom feeder Jags, Browns, Jets, Bills, Dolphins, Lions we look great but most other teams look either around the same as us or better.

I think there was a shot today of Luke on the sideline blowing off a defensive coach.

I've been saying for awhile now that the loss of Al Holcomb was going to really hurt this team.  We haven't been the same since he left.

His linebacker coach... who has two years of experience in the NFL coaching.

Problem for an average LB coach.....is there really isn't diddly poo he can tell Luke.  Luke understands and knows more than your average LB coach about the position.

There's evidence to support that.

Shame of it is that the coaching staff he went to only lasted a year.

Ya I assumed after Holcomb(spelling?) was gone luke basically ran the room and went to rivera for any type of LB coaching.

We haven't just failed to win the big one. We're a sub-.500 organization that has never even put together back to back winning seasons. We've had an embarrassment of talent come through this organization for that to be the case.

We actually have the best winning percentage among all the NFC South teams. It would actually take a years of us never winning a game for the nearest NFC South opponent to catch us.

We're the best of a bunch of historically bad teams, two of which have won Super Bowls. All of which have had consecutive winning seasons.

The Panthers are perhaps the least consistent team in the NFL. The positive of that is that at least we haven't been consistently bad. The negative of that is that we've never established any period of consistent success either. The closest we came to that claim is winning three consecutive division titles gifted to us by a historically terrible division in 2014.
