"I think this is a overall failure as a organization right now"

No he isn’t wrong. But in classic Panthers organizational fashion, the players can’t act like professionals when someone they like gets fired. Like when Hurney was dropped and everyone bitched about their contracts, including Greg Olsen. Now Ron gets canned because he is garbage, and players just completely pack it in. It’s fine, I get it. But they shouldn’t be shocked when all their weak asses get shown the door.

We already knew pretty much everyone will be gone, who cares at this point

Greg's not wrong, but these final weeks were always going to be a $hitshow

Today was brutal, but there really is nothing to be gained from winning at this point. Still utterly unacceptable effort from a lot of guys

There have been injuries, etc, and this season was doomed when Cam went down, but anyone who doesn't think complacency hasn't set in the last couple of years hasn't been paying attention.

This team isn't going to compete again until we have a culture change. Tepper gets that.

It was never going to be easy. We are stuck in a weird spot right now, and it sucks bad for guys like Olsen, but it's way too early to say this isn't the right direction for the team

He’s not wrong.  Anyone that feels Tepper has been remotely good at ownership to this point is being foolish.  He may turn out to be great, but so far he’s no more than Dan Snyder 2.0.

I disagree vehemently. Tepper has invested majorly on restructuring and revamping the operational side of the business, which Richardson had completely gutted and neglected towards the end of his tenure (something that helped facilitate his toxic work environment).  He built a legitimate practice bubble for inclement weather so the team isnt going to have to practice in a ballroom. He's investing in a legitimate HQ for the team. He's accessible and accountable to fans.

On the football side, Tepper gave Rivera and Hurney a fair chance to make their case.  He realized it wasn't going to work and is making changes.

There needs to be some patience while this transition takes place. There's nothing more he can really do on the football side until the season ends.

Wait until the Saints come into Charlotte next week with something to play for...

I am  saying right now, NO 55, Panthers 10

i never ever thought I would see a Panthers team this bad, even worse than the Seifert Years or the end of Capers and Fox

At least no players  have choked a coach on the sidelines....yet.....

I don't disagree with you, but as far as the product on the field, we have yet to see an improvement with our new owner.  There's a difference between no improvement vs totally terrible, of course.
